Mia strengthens the financial and operational infrastructure behind RM&D’s property management, bringing more than 20 years of practical experience in accounting, systems and internal processes that support the owners and assets we serve.
RM&D welcomes Mia Roberts, Property Accounting & Operations, to the team.
Mia’s background spans accounting, banking, budgeting, purchasing and business operations, with increasing responsibility for people, processes and financial systems. At The Door & Window Co., she progressed from accounting into purchasing responsibility for three locations and ultimately operating the company’s Reno branch.
At RM&D, Mia oversees property-management accounting and internal processes, an important part of the infrastructure behind active, responsive property management.
Her experience has included office and service management roles in commercial roofing and serving as Director of Membership, Events & Operations for the Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN).
A longtime Northern Nevada resident, Mia lives in Carson City, where she serves as PTO President at her youngest daughter’s school and as a Senior Coach at Kaia FIT Carson City.
